Caring for Our Family
The final module is made up of five lessons that explore the characteristics and qualities for a strong family. Lessons include activities for constructing a family tree, identifying family strengths, and incorporating family rituals and ways to spend time into daily, weekly, and special occasions. Tips for co-parenting are included so that parents can further develop their plan for how they can cooperatively share the responsibilities for shaping their children into the adults they want them to be. Exploring the importance of balancing work and home responsibilities is the objective of Lesson Four including information about the average family and exercises to help participants build skills manage their time efficiently. The final lesson in this module is designed to help participants learn more about their money values and strategies for making healthy and safe choices related to their relationships and money.
